Need to Cancel?
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it.
NEW CLIENTS - Must pay a 20% deposit for services on their first visit. After that no deposits are required since we will have a card on file.
Cancellation/Rescheduling policy: If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours there is a 50% charge of the service.
If there is a no call no show there is a 100% service charge.
We keep cards on file for the ease of our guests, as well as to protect our stylist. If you do not prefer a card to be on file, we would be more than happy to take a deposit instead.

Should you have any challenges with your haircut or color, let
us know within 7 days of your visit and we'll be happy to correct
the issues at no additional charge.
